1. Become A Royalty Boland Ambassador
Roles
- Teaching and leading teenagers and youths
- Organising or helping at organization’s events
- Coordinating specified community based projects in their locality
- Acting as Royalty Boland Outreaches Foundation Ambassadors in their community
- Attending Quarterly and yearly conference
2. The Lead Youth Volunteer
The lead volunteer leads the volunteers. They are in charge of the following :
- Selecting the appropriate training for volunteers.
- Actively involve in organizing and Facilitating the yearly leadership conferences and trainings for the volunteers
- Initiate community based leadership and capacity building programs
