My humanitarian work started when as a preteen, I would volunteer during students gathering to help
get things done during school programs. When I became a teenager, I was offered to lead two major arms in
the school; as the Assistant hostel perfect and deputy fellowship head. Little did I know that these were going
to be the beginning of a long term journey to leadership and humanitarian work.

Initially training and helping was just a hubby, but these grew to a passion to see people helped,
developed and established. I was also privileged to had received trainings at various levels from seasoned
mentors and leaders during my teenage years. This gave me the gut to step out early in life. I started out by
establishing an arm of a youth organization/club in my higher institution in Bida, Niger State, Nigeria called
“Young Disciplines International in year 1999. The youth club has ever since grown to be a vibrant team in
training and raising responsible leaders and team players till this day. The organization has raised hundreds of
leaders to her credit, who are doing very well in their various fields of life.

Being a benefactor of early trainings and mentoring, and knowing that this is a major way we can give
hope to the next generation and save our continent (Africa) from remaining backward in global developments
and eliminate extreme poverty; It’s by empowering children, youth and women to become generational
influences. My zeal to invest in children, teenagers and youth has grown over the years, this has been fueled by
my personal philosophy that says: “To get a better nation, we’ll need a better family, it all starts from the home
front “. This inspires me to continually get involve in the lives of children and teenagers by teaching and training
in churches, schools, seminars and conferences.

With over 20years in youth empowerment and development, and 8 years as a primary Educator, I am
glad to seed my wealth of experience and knowledge into the Royalty Boland Outreaches Foundation; as I team
up with other passionate leaders to empower the youth and women. I feel a need to invest more and empower
young people and women to become positive generational Influence in our community, continent and the world
at large.

Royalty Boland Outreaches Foundation was officially birthed in July 2021. An organisation born out
of a passion and a calling to empowers young people and women to become a global influence in all spheres.
Our founding ideology is again linked to our philosophy that says “saving a child, transcends to saving a family,
which in turns transcends to saving a nation and the world.

Our Strategic trainings, outreaches and scholarship programs helps us to achieve our aim of Reaching
out, Saving lives and Building people.
